Partner highlight: Reference installation of LED street lighting in Banff
The Canadian town of Banff has launched a pilot project, in which street lighting will be converted to LEDs. This case study is a demonstration of a street lighting application, which meets the requirements of IESNA and RP-8-00. High Power LED Push Campaign for General Lighting Applications
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors has started an online High Power LED Push Campaign for General Lighting Applications.
The target is to rise market awareness for High Power Lighting Components, LEDs itself as well as Lighting Solutions with LEDs. Another target of course is to generate leads. Focus components are: Power TOPLED, Advanced Power TOPLED, Golden DRAGON and OSTAR-Lighting. The online Campaign will run till late summer.
If a customer is "voting" for a candidate (a.m. high power LED product), he will receive a "Candidate Package" with different infos.
And last but not least the Campaign is also including the "LED Light for you".

The KÖWE shopping center in Regensburg / Bavaria is illuminated by an impressive LED solution. This was designed and implemented as a turnkey project of LI-EX. An area of 500m² can be lighted up by only 2.3 kW electrical power consumption. That leads to low energy and maintenance cost.
